Prepaid Debit for Dono Coins

I've tried to the non-refillable prepaid gift cards, but they won't work with PayPal where you can't provide a name. I was curious to know if anyone has had any luck using the refillable cards.

Do any of them work?
Will I have to wait on my permanent card to come in? Or will it work once registered?
Are there any other ways? Perhaps the PayPal gift cards would work, but I'm not sure, says the funds are separate from your account on the card.

In your original post - there should be an option for "Thread Tools" --> "Edit Title" to change it to Dono

Permanent card is best. I assume a PayPal gift card will also work but haven't tried it myself.
