Can somebody please help me by explaining something about power scrolls.
I used a few power scrolls and have now trained my skills to 110 tailoring, 110 carpentry, 105 blacksmith. But now I cannot raise my Arms Lore to 100 skill because I've reached max skill points from the 25 extra points in three skills mentioned above that are over 100.
I thought that using Power Scrolls still allows you to build 7 skills to 100, but now I have 2 skills that are less than 100 and my character is essentially ruined without 100 Arms Lore.
Can anybody please help explain?
