Power Scroll Question

If I am already 7x GM and I use a power scroll for one of my skills, do I have to lower one of my other skills to gain in that skill or can I keep 6 of my skills at 100 and go past 100 in one skill?

You can keep the 6 at 100 and go up in to 120 in the 7th.
