Power Hour?

I remember back in '98 on Europa each day would have one hour in which skill gain chance would increase. Does this happen here? Yesterday I noticed for around one hour while taming I got 1.7 real skill gain at 97.1 which is awesome.

There have been skill gain boost events, but hasnt been one in a while.. itd be nice to have one again for those chars that just arent quite 'there' yet..
