I've noticed that weapons can have their durability increased all the way up to 255/255 via POF but armor can only have POF applied once or twice.. I have some invul armor that can only get up to 40 durability. My barbed runic leather can only be POF'd up to 70-ish durability...
It'd be nice to be able to get my armor's durability to the same maximum as my weapons: 255/255
I can't think of any harm this change would cause. It may also increase blacksmith sales of POF
