Poisoning Macro

having trouble with my poisoning macro. started out fine now it works 50% of the time, the other 50% it tells me:
select poison
object is too far to use


any ideas??

If you are doing it in your house, it may be trying to use a different tier poison potion in a nearby chest.
I would bring a single keg of whichever potion you are using to a dungeon, hide against a wall... and run the macro while active.
Should be no problem then, and if there is... something wrong with the macro.

You also won't have problems if you use UOSteam to do this as opposed to razor because you can specify where to search for the keg/potion/item as opposed to razor's only option target by type (that type could be across the screen and not near by)

I think the reason your macro is saying too far away is that whatever you are poisoning you have that same type of item nearby and your macro is attempting to target that. Try poisoning something odd that you don't have anything nearby of the same type. So for example a cooked rib might work better. That would be my guess anyway...
