Pk kill valor

i killed a pk and didnt get valor points.. killed another one and got a valor point. is there a prerequisite to be able to get valor points? such as pk must have 50+ kills or so?

I have noticed this as well. I am guessing it has to do with the pk's murder counts.

They're likely going to reset all of the Valor points earned before the system is out. People are probably farming their alt chars thinking they are being sneaky right now just to get Valor points.

That's prolly the best idea, but isnt it just for a title or something anyhow?

I honestly have no idea. I would guess either a title or some sort of clothing/item reward. I just think it will be too hard to police the people abusing the system.
