Picnic basket and full jars

Are these rares and what are they worth?

Picnic basket is a rare, although it's pretty common and can be farmed without much difficulty (solen monsters in Buc's Den tunnels). Basket usually goes anywhere from 20-50k depending on the buyer.

Full jars I see a lot at 170k, but I don't know if they sell at that. I also saw it at 120k recently.
