Penalized for logging out for lunch????

Ok, so I've been playing wak-a-demon all morning... haben't died in awhile...
Talisman was quite happy and giving me points...
I go to my house, log out.. go eat lunch
I come back, alive as ever...
Start whacking a paragon troll and I get the message that my talisman wants me to rest before I can channel it...
I just got THROUGH resting!!!
Are we now being treated as dead if we dare log out?

No it just records equip time and every swing it checks to see if the current time is more than equip time + 15 minutes.
