Peacemaking on Self --> Crim..

Hello whenever i try to makro peacemaking in town on myself i am getting randomly killed by Guards after a while because i become crim. i dont know why. is this normal? i cant find an explanation anywhere.

Try inside the moonglow bank if you are going grey at brit. I have seen other posts saying it has something to do with peacing tamed pets, but I'm not really sure. I gm'd peacing at moonglow bank (from inside) yesterday.
