So does anyone have an idea of what this specific LBOD would be worth?

Hard to say. With a +30 Ancient Smithing Hammer as the reward the interest may be limited to those who do a lot of plate/dragon smithing. It's an item I wouldn't mind having for myself, but I'd be worried about putting too much money into finding the SBODS.
