You can get 75k to 80k for the Mining 105. 55k would be be a great buy for a miner. I've seen someone recently purchased a 105 mining PS for 110k.

110 fishing i'm not too sure about, but I know it's preolly a lot.. 175k minimum I'd guess, somewhere closer to 200-225 would be my best guess.
