PC on leather

Sitting at 95.9 tailoring looking to gm it quick and was wondering what i should be spending on leather per piece to get me there. Thanks guys

NPC vendors sell them. I think Trinsic and Minoc Tanners are best stocked and sell the lowest (7 gold). Sometimes they're stocked pretty high but alot of the time they'll only have 40 or so but if you do rounds it'll pile up quickly.

Make oil cloths to 99.6 out of regular cloth first, alot cheaper.
Studded gorgets from 99.6 to GM.

oh really all the way to 99.6 nice, someone told me only till 93 and i pushed it to 95.9 but ill def keep goin then. Thanks
