Same as an [exceptional] Silver crafted... I doubt you'll find someone that will give you 10k for it, but you can try.

the +20 is nice but like panic said the damage bonus is the same as exceptional. being a maul as well its not a very high demand weapon. 10k would be very high end on the price and it would be difficult to sell. if you wanna move it quickly I would try 5k, if you don't mind waiting a bit, for a bit more gold, you could try 7 or 8k.
