The problem with it is there are at least 3 I know of on the server, and a small statue market. I would value it at about 1.5-2 mill.
However, Captun Australia already has one, so I'm not sure who else would be in the market for it at that price. So you may need to start a bid on the forums at around $700k and see where it goes.
