Hello, please give PC for this plot 13x17 just seconds from guard zone and in the first open clearing large enough for max storage lies this hidden treasure. There are no other houses nearby within at least two screens or more. When the champ events are on at brit graveyard they reach out to the house making safe escapes and easy event score. Water close by and not to mention the amount to tamables, lumber, and mountainside. Great place for vendor traffic, mostly due to the huge amount of despise like spawn to the north. I see non stop people coming thru at all hours that re sizing plot was making me sweat.
