paragon chest & air elemental statue

hello guys , i have few questions,-
is there any option to open paragon chest without lockpicking ?
and i've got air elemental statue , so can i sell it and for how much? and can i use it(activate) and just sell later or it's one time use?

Apparently you can break open chests by making npcs walking over them. But I haven't tried it because my Guildmates always open them for me.

I saw some statues being sold for around 10K in the spring market. But seems like color is very important for people and some of them rarer, so I would post a screenshot here and ask veteran players.
