I have 2 vendors with all kinds of fencing slayers. One is at the SA guildhouse at the desert crossroads and the other is at moonglowmall east, go out moonglow east gate and east and slightly north beside the npc building. Vendors are named: Barbed and Slayer

Elemental ban and repond generally sell pretty quick. If you are looking for larger custom orders, let me know your weapon preference. Kryss's and short spears are the cheaper option, long spears being the most expensive.
