offline play?

i live in a remote area with spotty internet, is there any way to play offline? i know it turns the game into the SIMS, but i love the game anyway - any ideas?

yes, i understand that this server is online only, my apologies, perhaps i was a bit unclear - i read a post somewhere else (can't remember where) and the person mentioned some sort of offline server that they were able to play on by themselves. sort of a static self-contained world i suppose - is this sort of thing out there? whether or not it's affiaiated with UO Forever, just wondering...

There is no option to play UOFOREVER or anything like UO FOREVER offline currently.
