New Woods - Carpentry Skill Level Requirement

Does anyone know what skill level for carpentry is required to use the new woods? Is it similar to lumberjacking?

I've got 115 LJ and can gather every wood but frostwood. I was thinking it might be the same for carpentry? Just started training carpentry, so I'm not even close to GM. With GM Fletching I have no problems using any types of woods, but fletching doesn't go to 120 like carpentry....any advice is appreciated!

Im at 100 Carp, and cannot use the new woods. I think it is probably the same "levels" as Lumberjack, similar to mining and smithing.
