Sounds like a good start. Another easy farming template you can start is a provo archer. It is easy enough to macro music and provoke on a loop.

But that would be too irritating to level up as u gonna get killed several times at bard table.

Could you explain how to macro provoke easily?
The FASTEST possible way you could do learn all this is to hook up with a guild or meet someone in the NEW guild(which you are probably in).

In game you can type "\ Message here"
without the quotes when you are in the new guild, this will allow you to talk to the entire guild of new and non new people. Meet someone, and get them to show you the ropes in game, you will enjoy that much more then reading how to do this and that non stop.

There are companions in game also that assist you with these things, which can be reached through the new guild.

When you figure this out, just ask about "the bard table in deciet" and someone will show you for sure.

I'd have to dig up my provo macro, or make a new one. I can be on tomorrow if no one else can get you squared away by then, and show you the bard table.

Start at graveyards where you can target skeleton and zombies behind a fence. Just be far enough from the gate that they can't pathfinder to you. Moonglow or Yew graveyard work. After those gained slow down target bone Knights then rotting corpse. The rotters you can do at the "bard table" in deceit. Most rune libraries have a rune for it.

To actually provoke and loop, record yourself provoking a monster onto yourself. Then add a pause of 10500 at the end. Get a handful of the same instrument. Where the recorded macro says use object you can change to use object type.

I'm off for the night. In case no one gets to you before I can tomorrow.
@Swayze @Fattson
Hopefully one of these fine fellas can.

I'll send you a pm first thing tomorrow when I get on, and see if you got help, and if I can help you with anything else.

Also let me know via PM if you still need help, I'll grab you a rune book and mark a few important runes to get you around.

Best template by far for getting started was the Bard Provo Archer.

Since I couldn't afford archery off the bat I started with a Melee skill(Macing) just because it was readily available and converted to Archery when I could afford to train it up.

Temple I started below;

Macing.. Change to Archery
Tactics
Anatomy
Musicianship
Provocation
Hiding.. Change to Resisting Spells
Healing

I stuck with hiding, some people prefer resisting spells but I am able to avoid spawn and sometimes even PKs with hiding.

Trusting issues, when it comes to their IDOC squad. The shady new guys from MIA started ruling it and most vets left.

...Shady?

If anything id say your previous crew aka Tamer of Oz was the shady one, as a guild we would only attend the contested idocs which was 2-3 a month, with our new and improved IDOC team we see several almost on a daily basis these folk fill the butler on a constant basis which the bulk of us only care about but we also get to pick through the loot and the person who found and timed it gets his pick of the loot which is fine by me.

Personally I like our new team much better, enjoy the death robes though.

Pretty funny last idoc I attended solo I was able to slay Tamer of Oz & Girana so they didnt get a proper time, unfortunately we didn't have anyone to place right away so Girana came in and scooped a single plot lawl.

Shady as people thought they were keeping the best IDOCs only with themselves and showing just crap ones to EQMS. That time I was pretty inactive running sections, so didnt really test, if those were facts. But ya this game can be weird.

Right now the IDOC scene is competitive as hell, which is really good.
