new install....Can't start Razor

Just downloaded the full install.
Already had .NET 4 installed, so that skipped.
UO client & Razor installs seemed to finish successfully.

Then I run UO Forever shortcut and I get several errors.

First one is:
"Razor was unable to locate and load a suitable UO cliloc file. Some text may not be displayed"

I click ok, and the razor dialog is displayed, so I figure it still might work.
Not.

Settings seem to be ok (login.uoforever.com), so I click "OK" and get my next error, same as the first one:
"Razor was unable to locate and load a suitable UO cliloc file. Some text may not be displayed"

I click OK again, and the final fatal error occurs:
"Unable to launch the client specified. (Error: UNKNOWN ERROR) TwoD: "-null-"

Very cryptic and generic error. Did I mention the installs finished successfully?

Any ideas?

NVM, I tried to re-install and chose "repair" on the Razor install, and now it's working.

Not sure why it didn't set it up correctly the first time? But I'm good now :)

I highly recommend NOT using the UOF client to download these applications as it does not install Razor appropriately and add it to the registry.

I had the same issues. I had to run UOF launcher the first time as 'administrator' inorder for my razor to work
