New ingot colours (rare and common)

we have had the same old colours for 15 plus years... How about we introduce some new rare and common colours with require 90-120 mining.

I'm not asking for neon colours, but how about adding 20 odd different colours which are common to rare to dig up.

Was thinking of 'greater shadow', 'greater valorite' etc. Basically a 1-5 percent chance to dig up at a particular greater ingot at a particular ore location? Would allow some people to strut around in some cool colours. NOTHING NEON, just new bland metal colours.

Thoughts? I thought something like this was a no brainer.

This is something I was going to include with my Miner Dungeon.
Included a BoD cloth color for ingots with the De Snel idea.
  • Valorian Sword - Viking Sword
    • Hue: 1194 Metallic Red
    • Durability: 255/255
    • Weight: 15 Stones {Normal is 5}
    • Properties: Exceptional, Vanquishing, Reptile & Repond Slayer
    • Blacksmith Smelt this Item(Must be 120 Smith & be holding Legendary Hammer): Valorian Ingots
      • Random 2-14 Valorian Ingots Hue: 1194 Metallic Red (All magical properties Nullified Use for Future Legendary Crafting)
I'm not sure if every color now has different weights, but yeah has different AC properties.
Just with AC/Weight alone there's a lot of new combinations to be created. Keeping damage modifiers to runic hammers (new ones too).
With the randomness of the modifiers for bows/carp weapons with the different woods... metals should be the same in some fashion.
Ideas are flowing.

The mistake regular UO made was Trammel/Tram rule set period. Any other expansions with items and mods are workable/tolerable. There's a lot in this game to explore and change from the original intentions. UOF has several examples of original mods to already existing mods to the game.
