but 5k.. neon only costs 1k
I have a few RP characters that should have black hair.. but im not going to spend 5k for it.

Doubt they'll change it after it's already on the vendor. So much complaining for an item that isn't obtainable through other means. It's a rare item, it isn't a clothing bless deed or neon hair dye that you can obtain in game via 165k gold.
