New boss rules question, who gets the power scroll?

So when I played about a year ago I thought they gave out 1-3 power scrolls . I thought it was a bit random or they gave like 2 of them to the top dmg people and then 1 to a bottom dmg person? And do you ahve to be on the screen of the boss death to get the scroll or just close by?

1. Who gets power scolled on boss death now?
2. How close to be to get them?

Random to an extent.
The more points you have = the more "tickets" you have in the metaphorical "hat" if that makes sense.

I'm pretty sure 80 tiles. Don't quote me on that though.

Well when the post boss menu poped up it didn't show who got the scrolls. Don't they usually show that who win them?

They used to, but the trammies pouted enough to get that removed.. They said that it was helping us zero in on them, knowing exactly who had a PS.
