The vendor house south of Brit that I usually used to dye items has moved, and now I am looking for anyone that has a furniture dye tub locked down at their house, that is open for public use.

We have a full set of dye tubs on the second floor of our shop. Just take the stairs right up and you'll see them there

It sells for 2,000 dono coins on the dono vendor, so at most 280k.

I have seen people looking to get rid of them for as low as 100k. Realistically you're looking at 200k - 270k for it.
