Need help! please

Hi I have three accunts as I believe is ok, On my bard is said connection lost, I havnt been able to log back in it keeps saying connection lost, cant log into other chars on that account as it says character online. All other accounts work. been like this for a hour.

There is a problem in the area around the Alchemists in Britain at the moment. Once a GM comes online, they will be able to move the characters from that area.
