Missing Pet During Revert

I lost a pure nightmare during the revert on saturday. I tried the in game help and was at #1 in the queue for a while and PM'd bryce on the forums and have not received a reply. Can i get some help with this please? Its not fun losing an almost max stat bonded pet to something i had no control over. Thanks again!

The server revert made your bonded pet disappear?

Unless you used a bond deed, that's 7 days of revert..

Even then... I hate to be the one, but I don't think their going to refund you. In all the reverts I've seen, noone has been handed back what they lost, [see: flube conspiracy] unless it has happened behind the scenes.

and this is what i believe happened. I logged in was farming during the time when server reverted to and my pet must have gone wild. After the server crashed i had to go to work and was not able to log back in until the next day.

Yea it probably went wild. I'm guessing the revert reverted to a point when it was too hungry to maintain loyalty. Sorry to hear your loss. If I had another mare, I'd give it to you for free. Sadly I don't but look on the bright side.. The next one you get will be that much more special! Hopefully it's similar statted. Good luck mate.

Appreciate it man. Other sad thing is how admins completely ignored my pages and pms on forums. Looks like the professionalism hasnt changed. least they could do is say sorry, here's a pet bonding deal so you don't have to wait 7 days on your next mare, or something to make it right. Not my fault the game reverted, and issues like this detract people from playing.
