110 - I've only seen one for 150k and bought it
115 - 100k-150k
120 - I've heard these go for almost 1 mil

I can tell you that I tried to sell a 115 Mining PS for a long time by running around brit every so often, and every time I would do it, the price went lower and lower and still no one wanted it. I started around 100k or maybe a bit more. Ended up selling it for 25k.
