What about putting an item on gold sink/dono vendors that changes the type of meta mount you have? Meaning it transforms it to a reptile from a mammal or vice versa?
I can't speak for the rest of the mount owners out there, but when I purchased mine, I was pretty much pigeon-holed into buying what was available, which was a mammal when I really wanted a reptile. I held out for weeks, but never was able to find one.
It may seem like a silly idea, but I'd sure as hell buy one.
