Meta Dexer Quest problems launching

Hello, I'm having some issues getting the Meta Dexer quest to launch. I was told I go to the valor shrine and say anything on the shrine tile and that a gump should appear. Nothing happens when I do this. Ive tried it both at the actual shrine outside of Britain and the one featured inside. Nothing happens. Can anyone help me understand what I am doing wrong? I am doing it on my red dexer, but according to eppy, thats not a problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Doing it at the Valor shrine at the statue NW of it right?

The quest is not started at the actual shrine itself - as the above post says - run north west until you find a statue (if your client is not patched up you will see this as an unused tile) then speak anything while next to it and it will start the gump to begin your quest.

The statue is not far from the shrine at all, and the tile you need stand on is also very obvious.
