Message from GM that I couldn‘t read..?

Hi all

I was macroing my Magery this night in front of Brit bank (Invis spam on myself) and when I returned to my computer a short while ago I had received a message from a GM. It read something like this:

„A GM has requested you to open the following URL:

www.uoforever.com/notice-of-rule....“ (rest of the URL was not visible in the message window)

However, since my client had been disconnected over night it was not possible to press the button to open the URL.

So now I got some message from a GM that I could not read.

Anyone else get this message in the last ~8h or was it only me? Perhaps it has something to do with me using an unattended macro to level Magery (though I don‘t really see how this could cause an issue tbh).

Anyone have any idea?

PS. My character that got the message is called „Brutus“.

Hi! It was just a general update to say that the Rules page has been updated. It wasn't specifically targeted at you. Unattended macroing Magery is just fine There are a handful of things where being unattended is not permitted, so its worth reading through the rules: http://www.uoforever.com/rules.php

Yes, I did read the rules before using my macro and will be sure to read them again now that they're updated.

Just a suggestion Pars, not sure if you could pass this along, but next time they do an update have them bold or highlight what has changed...they keep putting the window with the changes, but I can't even tell what has changed.
