Marked Rune / Runebook vendors?

Hi everyone.

Old time UO veteran here, thought I'd give the game a try since I currently have spare time, and this seemed like a good place to play.

I'm nearly finished with my fencer/provoker for gold farming, but I'm struggling to find vendors which sell marked location runebooks, or runes? The only one I found was at the yew mall, and it's completely sold out. Not having magery makes it extremely difficult to move around, so really could do with some mobility.

Also, are runebooks blessed on this server?

yes they are blessed
also I run those yew mall vendors, check back in a couple hours i'll try and throw some good ones up for ya
