make it so non mages and mark there own runes. right now with 0 magery i can recall no problem but i cant mark my own runes with scrolls. just seems like this little fix would save players time and hassle

respectfully I say nah ..
admittedly when i first read this I was like yeah that would be cool. but after some thought , I feel its not nessisary and would only aid in the 1 for all account , where no one would ever require anyone else, or potentially any other character ..
Would also harm rune book makers . other then catering to us lazy folk, I see only negative results ..
