Marble island keep

Thinking of selling some UO property, but not sure of the value. This keep is located on marble island next to the t2a tunnel.
It includes a cellar which gives u an u see ground view. Yes u can see into cellar from the tunnel too. At this point I'm looking g for a price check,but if an offer comes that's too good to.be true who knows.. Thanks for the help.

Great location, sad to see you sell this. I'd say 5-7mil if you find a good buyer.
