Mana regen rate with 50.0 vs. GM Med

Does anyone know the UOF calculation for the mana regen rate at different Med levels?

I have GM Med on one of my chars that I am debating dropping to 50.0 in exchange for 50.0 in Magery. I use the Med skill just for recalling around to rare spots but need Magery as well.
