I'm contemplating a scribe template, but for planning purposes would like to know what sub-GM Inscription will do for my spells. Most importantly how many circles of magic will be in the reflect "pool" for Magic Reflection.
I've poked around other threads and the general consensus is that GM Magery + GM Inscription = 15 circles of reflect, but does anyone know the exact formula, or how this applies when either skill is less than 100.0? Other shards and various published versions of UO seem to include several combinations based on any/several of: Magery, Inscription, Meditation, Evaluating Intelligence, Resisting Spells, and Intelligence!
I'd do the testing myself but Inscription is awfully expensive and painful to train, and I'm not exactly flush with cash or reagents as a new player
