Mages - UOF

Hey people, I have been hearing that UOF uses spirit speak for lower mana cost on spells as well as other combinations, is this true?

If so can someone please reply with what skills help mages, spirit speak for lower mana etc.

Only spirit but you need the talisman.

it's work with talisma Idol of the Mage or eed specal mage relic and just need 100% Spirit speak? thx

If I remeber correctly Spirit decrese mana cost each talisman level (even without relics)

I believe you need 100 Spirit Speak for the bonus too...nothing less unless that had changed too. Kinda like arms lore...100 or bust.

Ohh so you need to use a talisman to get the lower mana cost? Not just GM magery / spirit speak / eval ect..
