Lumberjacking Bonus? Chance at 10%, or flat 30%??

I've read all the threads I can find about this and there's a lot of I thinks and maybe's with regards to what bonus this actually adds, but I have seen a lot of lumber guys here. Also people are all referring to 10%/30% at GM skill, but there are Lumber PS on this server, so does that extra 20 Skill increase those numbers? Or does it make you super sweet at chopping down trees.

Would just be nice to get a little clarification otherwise ill dump the 100 skill somewhere else, thanks!

The 120 only applies to the chopping of trees. Any 120 skill is capped at 100 in pvp.

yes no extra damage output past GM

and its 30% on dmg not percentage of LJ hit. <-- I may be wrong about this but thats what i thought.
