Lowerping

Hey guys -

I'm pretty new here so bare with me.

I'm Brazilian and, as luck has it, living in the middle of the forest has its perks - just today I woke up to the chirps of a blue macaw - but a decent ping ain't one. You can only imagine how happy finding a free server with free VPN access made me (no more getting PK'ed long before I can see the murderer's name show up on my screen YAY!). However I could find no further info on it and, upon doing some research on this forum, apparently the free service has long been removed.

Paying for a foreign VPN service such as Lowerping is basically not gonna happen since the Brazilian currency is worth sh*t these days, no one accepts açaí as payment anymore, and bananas were hard-hit by inflation. So I was wondering if my fellow foreign mates who have no purchasing power whatsoever in the developed world have found any consistent means to turn around this issue - so that we might finally apply our 3rd world streetsmarts; and spread misery, anguish and bloodshed all over Britannia

We used to work with Lowerping and provide codes to players, but unfortunately, we are no longer associated with lowerping, however it is still a viable option for those wanting to purchase a vpn service for reducing lag. I have spoke to those that manage our website and it will be removed soon to prevent any further misunderstandings.

Topic remains open, though, for anyone who's got more experience in overcoming this dreaded lag. Do we have a latino playerbase here? Any thoughts?
