WTB Lockpicking boxes, for skill 50-GM and Runebooks

Hello,
I am looking to purchase some locking picking boxes that will allow me to gain lock picking from 50-gm.
I would also like to purchase a set of runebooks (current + working please) with locations of dungeon lock chests.

My tinker is already GM and I did not realize I would need to make boxes while skilling up for this lockpicking stuff, or I would of, LOL.

Any help with some or all of this would be greatly appreciated.

I don't sell lockpicking books, but I have 2 locked down for public use at my Ocllo Bank house. On the first floor, 2 books with lockpicks on them
