Lockbox for Locking picking 73(not realy)

I am unaware of which ones I need and do not have the tinkering skill.

I just trained LP up last week and my 50 tinkering box got me up to 73. I used a 75 tinkering box to get to the low 80's and finished with a gm box to 95. I had my dex locked at 10 for the training, my numbers may vary a tiny bit compared to higher stats.
Theres a runebook library just east of moonglow with a vendor that had 75 tink boxes for sale.
