I'm at 75 lock picking when can I change to a GM box?

I don't remember exactly when, but use whatever box until you stop gaining off of it. Get a GM box and if it lets you attempt to pick it, use it

50 tinker box til it dies completely, gm box to 95

I gut found out It Is 75 Lock picking to open gm boxes
