Less Treasure for Monsters??

I was out hunting today and I started noticing that Ogres and Ettins and Trolls suddenly started having A LOT less money on them
Normally you can count on about 100 gp for an Ogre and 150gp for an Ettin. Now I am getting in the area of 14 and 25 gp for these creatures.
Has there been a change?

Nothing was changed on this end, it could be that a thief has stolen the gold before you got the kill. This is most likely what has happened. (I just tested loot on ogre's and ettin's just to make sure and they are the same as you state.
Most likely it was a thief stealing gold from monsters.
