I would say 800k minimum. Also what he means is if you place with a house placing tool, it has more storage than if with a deed, and can also collapse and get your money back which you can't using a deed. So these houses are more desirable

The money back vs deed is the main factor.

If you did it with a deed place mentioned 650k, if with tool 1mish.
