Large bulk order dull copper ingots

i just got a LBOD for chainmail coif , leggins, tunic. 20 of each and made out of dull copper ingots. I'm new to smithing, is this worth any money to sell or is it worth filling, what would i get if i filled it. Any info helps thanks in advance
