Hello!

I just installed UOF again after a long break.
However it seems that for soem reason there are some huge language and display bugs.
For some reason 70% of the games text is in german while the rest remains english.
Also the moongate and crafting menues appear empty. Clicking runes doe not show where they are bound to. Similar to other items that also do not show any tooltip when clicked.

I heard that changing the keyboard layout to EN/UK helps the issue but for me it clearly does not :/
Can someone help?

I had exactly the same problem, cant see names at moongates or in item display. I contacted a gm who just said, reinstall the client, but that is useless since the installation file automatically installs uo in the language from your computer.

I am now looking for a solution. I think reinstalling the client in english will solve it and forgetting about the forever installer all together.

Any other ideas? ill keep you posted.
