Lag During House Customization

I have zero gameplay lag on UOF, and my ping is about 20ms. However, immediately when I enter the house customization mode it seems the lag becomes unbearable. I walk around very slowly, and tiles take a second or two to appear after I place them. Immediately when I exit the house customization mode, all is good. I have no more lag. Anyone else notice this?

How big is the house? I was customizing my 10x13 ish size one and it was not that bad. I am pretty sure the customizer run only locally.

It was a 7x12, but all is good now. It was a local issue on my laptop that had to be resolved. Thanks!!
