I know where both are. Honestly they aren't really worth anything. But at the moment they are worth what anyone will pay for them. Those who don't know they are spawning and aren't actually rare will probably pay far more than they are actually worth.

Kirin is inside the Fire Temple where the dragons spawn. The Unicorn is on top of the Lich Tower in Hedge Maze. My library contains a rune to each in the Mounts book
