Why do you charge more for refresh than Agi and Str?

The cost of the reagents is higher for Total Refresh than for the other two. Black Pearls = 5-6gp per in bulk, and the other two cost 3-4gp in bulk. The higher cost simply reflects the higher price of the reagent used.
At 3.5k per keg, that's still relatively cheap compared to some places that charge 5k per Total Refresh kegs.
